For patients who have scheduled a consultation, we offer the option to pay for it in advance at a reduced price. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this solution.

Cancelling a consultation, which results in a refund of the consultation fee, is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time. For example: a consultation scheduled for Thursday at 4:00 PM must be cancelled by Tuesday at 4:00 PM. Consultations falling after a non-working day (e.g., after weekends, after holidays) must be cancelled two working days ahead, also keeping the 48-hour period, counted in working days. For example: a consultation scheduled for Monday at 11:00 AM must be cancelled by Thursday at 11:00 AM.

Fees for consultations paid for at a reduced price that are not cancelled, or cancelled too late, will not be refunded.
