What is GDPR?
The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) GDPR, also known as GDPR. The data administrator is Timeless Plastic Surgery Ltd. with its registered office in Warsaw, Gen. Romana Abrahama Street 18/322, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000565135, for which the registration files are maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, NIP: 1132892102, REGON: 361885326. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

Transfer of personal data outside the EEA
The data administrator does not intend to transfer data outside the European Economic Area (i.e., an area covering EU countries, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland).
Duration of personal data processing
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in individual clauses, no longer than until the withdrawal of consent to their processing or expressing opposition to their processing.

3. Restrict data processing, i.e., order the Data Administrator to store previously collected data and suspend further operations on the data, except for their storage,
4. Erase data that are processed by the Data Administrator without a valid reason,
5. Transfer personal data, i.e., send data to another data administrator (e.g., another operator) or send them to you.
Withdrawal of consent
If data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, with the provision that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
